Pair Chinese jade and diamond earrings, each with a polished spherical jade / green hardstone ball measuring 12.5mm, in gold (18ct) setting, with diamond set mounts CONDITION REPORT Very good condition. The hallmark on the pin would appear to be an 'Owl' with '75' on its chest. Unsure of age but they are not new and from a private source. The green stones have not been tested for treatment. No box
1930s gentlemen's Rolex gold wristwatch with Rolex seventeen jewel movement, circular dial with applied Arabic numerals, blued steel hands and subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock position, in gold (9ct) cushion-shape case, 27mm diameter, on leather strap (Glasgow 1935) CONDITION REPORT The watch is fully wound and not running. The dial is signed but has worn away leaving the 'ghost' of the word 'Rolex'. Dial tarnished and slightly scratched and worn. Winding crown not gold and probably not original as it does not have the Rolex logo. Two 'pin-prick' size holes in the corner of the case. Case in good condition commensurate with age
19th century Vizagapatam ivory and tortoiseshell inlaid circular box with circular concentric ornament, 65cm diameter, together with another smaller, a smaller example and two further lidded boxes (5) CONDITION REPORT Box with ten concentric roundels. One roundel with burn mark, some splits to ivory on top, more visible when viewed from reverse, base has central pin hole and associated two splits, screw thread not entirely closing. Other large box - small hole centrally to underside of lid, small hole centrally to base, two splits (closed) to side of box, metal box appears ceased and wont open. Ivory box ok. Small tortoiseshell ivory box - similarly has pin-prick holes to base and cover centrally
