1970s Football Tickets: Wide variety of home clubs with good Midland and Derby content. Some earlier including Derby season ticket stubs from 38/39 onwards and a 67/68 Aston Villa season ticket book. Some great stubs from Derbys 71/72 championship season include home v Liverpool 1/5/72 and 3 Cup matches. Football Arthur Albiston 12x8 signed colour photo playing in the 1977 FA cup final for Manchester Utd against Liverpool. Arthur Richard Albiston (born 14 July 1957 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish former football player. Albiston played for Manchester United for most of his career, making almost 500 appearances for the club. He also made 14 international appearances for Scotland and was selected for their 1986 FIFA World Cup squad. Albiston joined Manchester United as an apprentice in July 1972, turning professional in July 1974. He made his debut in a League Cup Third Round match against local rivals Manchester City in 1974. He made 485 appearances in 14 years, playing at left back, and scored six goals. He helped the club win the FA Cup in 1977, 1983 and 1985. Good Condition. Graeme James Souness (born 6 May 1953) is a retired Scottish professional football player and manager, who played as a midfielder. Souness is now one of the most prominent television football pundits in the UK and Ireland, most notably through his work for Sky Sports. Souness was the captain of the successful Liverpool team of the early 1980s, player/manager of Rangers in the late 1980s and captain of the Scotland national team. He also played for Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough and Sampdoria. Souness' managerial career began when he joined Rangers, leading them to three Scottish titles and four league cups, before joining Liverpool as manager. He has been the goalkeeper coach for Ottawa Fury FC of the North American Soccer League since 2014. In March 2018 he was announced as goalkeeper coach for the Matabeleland football team. Charlie Nicholas Arsenal high quality 16x12 signed photograph. Charles Nicholas (born 30 December 1961) is a Scottish former professional footballer. A striker, Nicholas is best known for his spells at Celtic and Arsenal. He won 20 caps for Scotland, including playing at the 1986 FIFA World Cup. Nicholas began his career at Celtic, and by the age of 21 was considered the most exciting emerging talent in British football. With several English clubs keen to sign him, he joined Arsenal in the summer of 1983. He spent over four years there and scored both their goals in their League Cup Final win over Liverpool in 1987. Nicholas fell out of favour at Highbury later that year and moved back to Scotland to join Aberdeen. He won two Cup Finals in his time at Pittodrie, before rejoining Celtic in 1990. His second spell at Parkhead was less successful than his first, but he spent five seasons there before moving on to Clyde for one season before retiring from playing. Phil Neal and Alan Kennedy Liverpool football autographed high quality 16x12 inch photograph. Philip George Neal (born 20 February 1951) is an English retired footballer who played for Northampton Town, Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers as a full back. He is one of the most successful English players of all time, having won eight First Divisions, four League Cups, five FA Charity Shields, four European Cups, one UEFA Cup and one UEFA Super Cup during his eleven years at Liverpool. He later returned to Bolton Wanderers as manager, leading them to victory in the Football League Trophy before spells managing Coventry City, Cardiff City and Manchester City. Neal also had a long career with the England national team, winning 50 caps and playing in the 1982 World Cup. Alan Kennedy (born 31 August 1954) is a former English professional footballer who played the majority of his career as a left back for Newcastle United and then Liverpool. He was a stalwart member of the latter team that won many honours from the late 1970s to the mid-1980s. In all Kennedy was active as a professional in England, Denmark, Belgium and Wales, making over 500 appearances in a career that lasted for 22 years. ROSETTES Twenty excellent condition football rosettes , worn at the game and then lovingly preserved by a gentleman who attended 18 Cup Finals between 1958 and 1979. Also included from his collection are a West Ham 1975 Charity Shield rosette and a 1976 Manchester City League Cup Final rosette. The 18 FA Cup Final rosettes are Bolton and Man Utd 1958, Liverpool 1965, Everton 1966, Tottenham and Chelsea 67, Everton 68, Man City 69, Chelsea and Leeds 1970, Liverpool and Arsenal 71, Arsenal and Leeds 72, Fulham 75, Manchester United, 76, 77 and 79 Finals. Condition is very good as the gentleman stored them carefully. Superb collection. Good
