LIVERPOOL CHAMPIONS MEDAL Gold hall-marked medal inscribed "The Football League Champions Division 1" on the front and inscribed "E Longworth on the reverse". Ephraim Longworth was a full-back who made 370 appearances for Liverpool between 1910 and 1928 and he was capped five times for England. During his career Liverpool were Champions of Division 1 twice in seasons 1921-22 and 1922-23 and this medal was awarded to Longworth for one of those two seasons. He made 26 appearance in 21/2 and 41 in 1922/3. Good
