An Early English painted wooden dolls house, mid 19th century, the painted sand brick exterior with three glazed windows with moulded surrounds, window bars and sills, quoining to sides and flat roof with two replaced chimneys, wooden panelled front door with brass knob and lion head knocker with fanlight above, carry handles to each side, front opens in one wing to four large rooms, (condition: chimneys not original, wallpapers replaced), 35½” (90cm) tall, 48 1/2” (123cm) wide, 21 ¼” (54cm) deep, together with a selection furniture and ornaments including tin kitchen buckets with hooks, two embossed plates, dish with lid, saucepan, candlestick, cherry wood chest of drawers and rocking chair, and a large selection of later furniture and ornaments. A fine 1:8 scale scratch built model of the 1963 Dick Protheroe Jaguar E-Type 'Low Drag' CUT 7 by Javan Smith,a detailed and rare 1:8 scale 'kerbside' model of Jaguar E-Type, chassis number EC1001 - The Husbands Bosworth Jaguar Dealer's, fabulous E-Type Low Drag Coupe, was one of the famous three 'low Drags' of the period, the other two being the Lumsden/Sargent 49FXN and the Peter Lindner/Peter Knocker car 4868WK. Presented with a fully detailed interior and mounted, as with all Javan Smith models on a modern Perspex plinth with 'Jaguar' etched display case, 60 x 28 x 20cm overall and complete with signed and dated certificate of authenticity by the maker.
