Colonial Marines used their M41-A pulse rifles while battling xenomorphs on the planet LV-426. This custom built replica was created by professional effects artist Karl Derrick using a real M1A1 Thompson sub-machine gun and a Remington 870 pump-action shotgun, just as the hero version was on the production. Both weapons have been sympathetically deactivated.
