A nickel plated 'T'- handle corkscrew for the Elder Dempster Lines:, the hour glass shaped handle with company emblem to one end of the handle over a ring turned shaft and helix, 12cm high.*Notes- Elder Dempster and Company was established in 1863 by John Dempster and began services from Liverpool to South Africa. In 1932, together with the African Steamship Company and the British & African Steam Navigation Company, they became Elder Dempster Lines.
