A Collection of Three Neolithic Greenstone Axe Heads, of thin butted type, 28cm, 32cm and 33cm long. Together with a booklet "Four Polished Stone Axes" by James McIntyre, 1937, in which they are documented.. Discovered in the ground when digging for foundations for a farmhouse near Penrith owned by the vendor's great great grandfather .

ANCIENT COINS, Roman, Julius Caesar, Denarius 3.70g, Greece, 48 BC, diademed female head right, wearing oak-wreath, LII behind, rev Gallic trophy, axe on right, CAE-SAR below (Cr 452/2; RCV 1400). Slight corrosion at edge between 5 and 8 o’clock, toned, good very fine. The numeral on the obverse of this coin refers to Caesar’s age in 48 BC
