Military sixteenth plate ambrotype of a Crimean War veteran, four clasp Crimea medal, the soldier is wearing the 1856 pattern Hussar Tunic and this, with the way the pill box forage cap has been coloured in, and the Crimea Medal, would suggest he belonged to the 11th Hussars, of Light Brigade fame
