A FINE COLLECTION OF 46 DAGUERREOTYPE, AMBROTYPE AND TINTYPE PORTRAITS, MID 19TH CENTURY. Consisting of a very fine 1/6 plate image of four children, two possibly twins, contained in a Gutta Percha case; a 1/6 plate daguerreotype of a well-dressed man with hand tinted features; an interesting oval tintype of a young boy surrounded with braided hair; a 1/6 plate tintype of three hunters with shotgun and dogs; a 1/6 plate tintype of young man with musket and powder horns; a 1/6 plate group of three men in white dress, possibly photographer`s assistants; together with smaller cased ambrotypes and loose tintype images.
