Sophia Musters, 1818 two painted glass panels after the old masters, one painted with a cobbler in his workshop and the other with a knife grinder, his wheel water cooled from a keg above on the sledge like barrow, signed and dated lower right, 32 x 27cm framed (2) These were painted a year before Sophia's death. Her memorial by Richard Westmacott is in Annesley All Saints Church, Nottinghamshire and apparently mentions her painting on glass. A portrait by George Stubbs shows Sophia and husband riding before their home, Colwick Hall, Nottingham. Their son Jack married Mary Chaworth much to Lord Byron's chagrin
