A GERMAN CARVED STAGHORN POWDER-FLASK, LATE 16TH CENTURY AND A WHEEL-LOCK SPANNER the first of bifurcated form, the inner face natural, the outer face carved with God`s creation of Eve from Adam (Genesis 2:21-2) within an architectural framework, fitted with steel nozzle with spring cut-off (chipped at the base), belt hook, suspension loops, and two basal caps, one later adapted with a circular cutter; the second formed entirely of steel, with square aperture, and banded grip the first: 23.5cm; 9 1/4in high (2)

Three Hardy rods to include a No.1 L.R.H Palakona two piece spinning rod number E98921 with metal spanner and stoppers, overall length 292cm 115 inches, also another Hardy split cane steel core three piece 13foot rod with rod in hand transfer logo, number 8791, also a Richard Walker Reservoir Superlight 9foot 3 inch rod, with stopper, two rods with makers bags, the early Hardy rod has an unbranded bag. Condition report: No.1 Spinning rod: three parts have copper coloured whippings, the rest of the rod has green whippings. Second split cane rod: varnish loss, one patch of cane on lower section pulling apart, corrosion to fittings. The spare tip section has been broken but one tip section is still complete. Richard Walker: perishing to cork, otherwise ok.
ROD & REEL (2): Scarce Abu Ambassadeur 20 big game multiplier reel, one piece alloy frame, free spool, drag adjusters, rod harness clamps and power handle, c/w handbook, oilers and spanner, in maker’s leather case and an Abu Pacific 5080R boat rod, 7’ 2 piece with detachable handle, roller guides throughout, fine, in MOB, a great conger shark and tope outfit.
REELS (3): Helical casting reel with fully enclosed gears, LHW, silver rim spool with brake adjuster to face, retains good original finish, c/w spare spool, spanner, Helical celluloid oiler, all in MOB, a JW Young Ambidex No.2 casting reel, bronze finish, half bail, fine and a Mitchell 304 spinning reel with full bail, in good original finish.

The Set is housed in a Good Box Base missing the track end keeps and locomotive cover and with a repair Tender Keep. The Box lid is Poor missing part of both ends.
