The chess players shows a hole to the white lace of the dress, further small losses to the lace detail, and small nibbles to the floral details. The shepherd group shows repairs to the hands of the left and right figures, and evidence of a loss to a detail of the dress. All three groups show surface wear and rubbing to the gilt highlights.
