TWO SITZENDORF MILITARY FIGURES,the first a mounted Officer of the 1st Life Guards 1815, no. 1452/0/10R, 38cm high, the second an Officer of the Scots Fusiliers Guards 1840, no. 1614, both with factory marks (2)Condition of the mounted officer generally good to fair. Blade is broken from hilt and lacking. Damage to horses snaffle. UV torch reveals substantial glue residue around saddle bag to reverse of saddle, with very likely restoration. Chip to paint to back of right boot.Standing officer is good to fair. Restoration to tails of coat and glaze is different to this area. Also sword is again broken from hilt onwards.
