A Nomura (Japan) mid-20th century battery-operated Mechanized Robot (replacement box) Condition: Black and red paintwork all very good just some minor stuffing and pitting to the back, metal parts showing varying parts of oxidisation, rubber hands look like replacements, mechanism not tested.

Comprising: Boxed Maximal Magnaboss - consisting of 3 beasts which team up to become a super robot; Prowl (lion), Ironhide (elephant) and Silverbolt (eagle). Box shows signs of wear, contents complete but no interior packaging. Together with Rattrap (rat), Razorbeast (Boar) and Optimus Primal (bat), who has one arm and one sword missing.
Original vintage movie advertising poster for Buck Rogers In the 25th Century, a 1979 American science fiction film directed by Daniel Haller. Starring Gil Gerard in the title role and Erin Gray as Colonel Wilma Deering, it was produced by Glen A. Larson who co-wrote the screenplay with Leslie Stevens, based on the character Buck Rogers which was created by Philip Francis Nowlan in 1928. Originally made as a television movie pilot, Universal Studios opted to release the film theatrically several months before the subsequent television series aired. The realist style artwork is by American artist Victor Gadino. His work has appeared in the promotion of the top clients of the corporate, publishing, and entertainment worlds, and awards received include one from The Hollywood Reporter for his work on prominent movie posters. He has created album covers for various artists, posters for Broadway plays, and collectibles for the Bradford Exchange, and Franklyn Mint. Reminiscent of the Star Wars poster, the graphic sci-fi graphic features Gil Gerard as Captain "William" Buck Rogers holding a laser gun alongside Colonel Wilma Deering. They are surrounded by other characters, a golden humanoid robot and a space craft in the distance, under an exploding star in the galaxy. Condition: Good condition, minor folds and creasing at margin. Country of printing: UK, designer: Victor Galdino, size (cm): 76x101, year of printing: 1979.
A boxed Horikawa S H (Japan) battery operated tinplate 'Attacking Martian' Robot toy. Externally the toy appears G+ and although it has a clean battery compartment the toy has been tested and is not working. The robot is housed in a reasonably sturdy plain card box base with inner packing piece however the illustrated card lid has some loss and is broken into several pieces, overall P/F.
Super Astronaut, Botoy - An unboxed Hong Kong made plastic battery operated "Super Astronauts" Robot . With grey body, red feet and an opening chest, the Robot bears a resemblance to Darth Vader the Star Wars character and measures approximately 12cms in height. The lot also contains an unboxed Botoy battery operated Robot in silver carrying a gun. Both items are in Playworn. (2)
