Bristol Kitchenware - Pountney & Co - A fantastic collection of mid Century retro vintage ceramic Bristol Kitchenwares by Pountney & Co finished in a pale green colourway. The kitchen wares mostly being storage jars with covers of varying sizes and substance names including Thyme, Flour, Peas, Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg, Mixed Spices and many more. Included are jelly moulds, jugs, mixing bowl, shakers etc. Marks to bases. Biggest jar measures 19cm x 14cm.

The marks on the silver are slightly rubbed.

A 19th century Grainger & Co Worcester double-walled pot pourri vase and covers, the pierced reticulated cover with lotus bud finial enclosing inner cover, the main body with pierced collar above conforming reticulated anthemion sections, on an ivory ground, printed marks and painted no. 1793, 15.5cm high.Condition: Hairline and associated small chips to outer cover. Two hairlines to inner body of jar. Some further faint hairlines to outer body. Rubbing to gilt in places.
