A selection of glass ware and lustres to include a large cranberry glass epergne with three flutes upon a bowled base, 46.5cm high, a pair of Bohemian glass candlesticks, 20cm high, a pair of Bohemian glass lustres, 22cm high, a pair of cranberry glass flared vases, 24cm high along with a large selection of further cranberry glass etc (Qty) CONDITION REPORT: Each piece showing some signs of surface abrasions and scuffs also showing nibbles to glass throughout. Noting; Epergne - Some small glass nibbles evident. Internal bubbles in glass evident. Surface grazes. Brass mounted. Crimped handled jug - Re-glued section to crimped rim.Larger flared vase - cracked and re-glued. Some nibbles to feet.Pr of Lustres- Gilt wear and painting a little crude. Tips of drops chipped.
AN EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE LARGE EDWARDIAN SILVER EPERGNE, by James Dixon and Sons Sheffield 1906, in the rococo style, the top surmounted on a stem with an oval pierced basket, with scrolling foliage, C-scrolls, and tapering beads, the frame in the form of scrolling foliage, interlaced with scrolling bands, six arms, four with smaller conforming pierced baskets and two double arms supporting two pierced vases, each with a green liner, and four scrolls below, centred by a further mid-size basket, raised on elaborate rococo style pierced legs, 21" (54cm) high, 24" (61cm) wide, 16" (41cm) deep, 6912g.
