A Swarovski crystal chess set, complete with chessboard and case, boxed. CONDITION REPORT: The outer cardboard packaging is in reasonable condition but does have scuffs and losses to the corners and various creases, small crushes and marks. The actual case itself appears to be in very good condition. It looks almost as new with only very minor insignificant blemishes. The chessboard itself appears to be in generally good condition. Any surface marks are very minor and there are no significant scratches. There are no significant marks to the chamfered edge. The only real issue is there appears to be some perishing to the mirror plate in particularly around the top left and right canted angles. This is on the outside edge of the chamfer where there is a green coloured discolouration. All of the chess pieces have very small nibbles to the facets particularly around the bottom rims. The set has clearly been used. Some of these are visible with the naked eye but more so when a magnifying glass is used. One white bishop has been broken beneath the black knop and has been reglued. The white king has a clearly visible chip to the middle knop. One black bishop has clearly visible chip to the top ball. The black king has a visible chip to the second knop.
