A large glass chandelier, two tier with faceted glass drops. Height excluding suspension 72 cm, maximum width +/- 74 cm. CONDITION REPORT: We have not had the chandelier lit although it does appear to be fully wired. The only real issue with the lot is that it is somewhat dusty which is fairly typical. The chandelier is currently hung in the saleroom at a fair height but having had a good look we cannot see any significant problem. There does not appear to be any damage to the bowls and all of the faceted drops appear to be present. We cannot guarantee this as there are some many. There do not appear to be any chips or cracks of any significance to the main body of the piece. A few of the false candle fitting are not sitting quite vertical. They may require slight attention.

Probably re-painting/ re-gilding to wooden components. To one examplem the glue securing the central coil of beads has perished and is in need of attention. On the same chandelier, the nut holding the lower finial in place has worn away, meaning that it does not screw on securely. General dust, dirt and wear commensurate with age and use. In need of professional wiring and installation.

Victorian glass chandelier, six wrythen scrolled branches, facetted pendants, 122cm drop.Condition report:One of the scrolled branches has a metal collar repair. The branches sit into a turned wooden section, and there is another wooden piece at the lower end of the central column. There are multiple lost facetted rectangular lozenges; some lengths of navette shaped drops are missing; and the lower cusp is missing several faceted drops.
