^ A George III Silver Serving Trowel, William Plummer, London 1774, the blade pierced with scrolling foliage issuing from a central vase, the baluster turned wood handle with dolphin junction, engraved with a crest of stag to underside, 32.5cm long Marks are clear and well struck to underside, crest also crisp. Some chips to the collar of the turned wood handle. Blade not quite 100% flat but generally the piece is in pleasing order.
