Original vintage Soviet propaganda poster in support of the eleventh five year plan. The poster in red and white colours features two workers - one in a builders helmet holding up a masonry trowel, and the other dressed in a shirt with a tie and a skipper's cap holding up a calliper, with a quote in Russian by a General Secretary of the governing Communist Party (1964–1982) and a Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet - Leonid Brezhnev (1906-1982) - We will build ahead of schedule - we will master it ahead of schedule! I am confident that the new initiative of the workers of the region will be widely disseminated throughout the country, will give a great impetus to the further implementation of the CPSU's (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) course of improving efficiency and quality, and will serve to create a good start for the successful fulfilment of the tasks of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.
