A Georgian rummer with engraved bowl and square lemon squeezer base, together with one other Georgian rummer with engraved bowl and square base. Condition Report: one rummer has a chip to the inside of the foot recess but this may be part of the original manufacture. The lemon squeezer rummer has only wear to the base of the foot.
A Sowerby pressed clear glass mug commemorating the opening of the High Level Bridge, Newcastle on Tyne, with plain handle and lemon squeezer base, 10cms. NB This design is thought to be one of Sowerby's earliest pressed glass product, was always in clear glass rather than the bright colours of the other surrounding lots.
