A Charles I ascribed West Country silver gilt apostle spoon; the saint lacking part of his emblem (probably St Paul) on a tapering stem with a small "v" rattail, the back of the bowl engraved with a Royal crown above the initialls "S", by Joseph Arden, Sherborne 1630-1640, 7in (18cm) long, 1.3oz.

A Charles II tentatively ascribed "decorated puritan" spoon, scratched with a stylesed 'hatched' flower, on the front of the stem, pricked "E" over "AI" below "1658 on the back of the bowl and "FD" on the back of the stem, struck once in the bowl with an incuse fleur-de-lys mark, probably from the Barnstaple Region, 1660-1665, 7. 4in (18.8cm) long, 1.25oz.
