The table forks: 5 by Eley and Fearn, London, 1816 and 1817; 1 with indistinct maker's mark, London, 1814; 3 by William Eley, London, 1845; 2by Elizabeth Eaton, London, 1847; one by George Turner, London, 1824 and 4 probably by Samuel Smily, London, 1867 and 1870. The table-spoons probably by Samuel Smily, London, 1865 and 1869. The soup-ladle by George Adams, London, 1875. The marks are generally clear, though the maker's marks on some are poorly struck. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the engraving. There is some minor wear to the tines.
