Condition good to fair, with some light age and use related wear - there are some white marks to the side which will require cleaning.
A sapphire and diamond half hoop ring, nine square cut sapphires channel set to centre and bordered by nine 8 cut diamonds to each side in a yellow and white metal mount ring size P, 7.8mm wide at front, shank marked 18ct, gross weight 5.7g.Condition report:Most of the sapphires have abraded facet edges. A couple have scratches to the table facet. One has a large fracture, running diagonally across the crown. The diamonds are in very good condition.

General wear and tear conducive with age and use to include knocks, bumps, scratches etc including to the legs where something is going in and out - see images for more details
