Co Ltd, London, No. 32142, with broad arrow and "1940 MKIII"
A George VI black leather covered dispatch box with Royal cypher and inscription "EX.Co.", a collection of four various small boxes, a deed box, a reproduction brass miniature sextant, a pair of Chinese carved hardwood stands, a small vase stand, rosewood trinket box, mahogany cased balloon type clock, a Black Forest carved hardwood figure group as a hunter and quarry and a carved treen ware ashtray CONDITION REPORTS Dispatch box only - has several large cracks running across the top and a large crack running to the interior. No key present but the remains of a key appears to be in the lock. Leather is msising in the bottom right hand corner and torn and scuffed variously throughout. Has heavy wear and tear. Handle is missing to the back. See images for further details.

A Victorian brass and patinated sextant by Henry Hughes & Son., with a silvered scale and inscribed 'Henry Hughes & Son, 59 Fenchurch St. London', with a printed certificate of examination, inscribed 'National Physical Laboratory, Kew Observatory, Richmond, Surrey, ....Class B No. 3724....', in a mahogany case, the lid with a brass plaque inscribed 'LORD TERENCE BROWNE', with side carrying handles, 26.8cm wide, together with a spirit level by the same maker, in a mahogany case and 'The Neo-Cyclostyle' a duplicating apparatus in an oak case. (3) Provenance: Lord Terence Morris Browne, 9th Marquess of Sligo (1873-1952).

A Georgian brass flat frame sextant, No 92 by Joseph Jackson, London, c.1760, with index mirror, horizon glass with level adjustment, 2 pivoted shades, double pinhole sight, engraved silvered scale to the arc signed ' Jo. Jackson. N.92', 6in. radius, fitted mahogany box probably 19th century, 7.75in. Compare a similar sextant by Joseph Jackson c.1759 in the Science Museum, London, Inventory No.: 1981-978, which is numbered '54'.
