The wardrobe with arched mirrored door having a plain cornice with shaped brackets and three Ruskin type pottery roundels forming the frieze, the lock with S&PB stamp for Shapland and Petter, flanked by hand beaten brass panels with stylized floral and heart motifs, the single base drawer with shield form back plates and triangular handles, raised on bracket feet with centring shaped and pierced apron 199cm(h) x 118cm(w) x 47cm(d). The chest of drawers (formally a dressing chest) having a moulded rectangular top and graduating drawers each with conforming handles, the top drawer with lock stamp for Shapland and Petter, raised on a conforming base. 82cm(h) x 106cm(w) x 49cm(d)
