Large Dale Chihuly Mardi Gras tabletop or hanging sculpture, 2001, brilliantly colored hand-blown glass elements are held in a brushed steel stand, includes hardware that allows the sculpture to be hung, included are six extra glass pieces (not shown), authenticated, provenance upon request, as shown: 48"dia x 46"h, excellent original condition No breaks or repairs. Minor roughness to the bases of the glass elements where they fit onto the steel rods. One glass rod has a textured surface - the rest are smooth. Six extra rods are included. Includes a copy of the bill of sale provided by the Chihuly Studio. Parts are included for hanging the sculpture rather than displaying it as shown. We do not have a complete diagram for the placement of the glass rods- some are marked with letters or numbers on blue painter`s tape on the base of the rods; these numbers/letters correspond with numbers on the metal rods of the base. However, the system is incomplete. The pieces are interchangeable and can be configured as desired.
