Edmund Spence cabinet, by Industria Mueblera S.A., Mexico, c. 1955, three drawers with the original gilt metal trim to the center drawers, metal legs, original finish, each drawer signed with branded mark to side, 62"w x 20"d x 32"h, wear to finish, otherwise very good original condition

Wear to the finish including light to moderate scuffs and abrasions and finish loss. The finish has bubbled in an area of the front of the cabinet -- it was placed too close to a space heater. The wood underneath is not damaged. The drawers are generally clean and work well. All of the external metal decoration is intact. Tiny veneer chip to front left corner of the top. Refinishing is needed. Sturdy and structurally sound. Quote for refinishing by Furniture Revival in Chicago: $400, pending in-person inspection.
