Wain (Louis) Title-page original pen and ink drawing of the title for vol. XXXVIII, signed by the artist at lower left-hand corner, depicts 2 cats pulling a cracker in front of a Christmas tree with other cats standing behind singing carols, title for magazine at centre drawn over previous title previously blanked out, some minor tears and soiling at edges, small hole to right-hand side affecting image, c.510 x 365mm., matted, framed and glazed, n.p., 1904.
