Louis Wain (1860-1939), watercolour and white on paper, portrait of a ginger cat. Signed lower left, 30.5cm x 25cm, framed and glazed Condition Report: The three Wain pictures in this sale are all from the same diseased estate. Some discolouring lower right hand corner. No obvious tears or restoration. Colours bright. This painting has not been removed from the frame so we are unable to examine the verso.
