Mrs Tabitha's Cats' Academy, Singing Cats, & Group of cats outside a cafe, circa 1900-1910, together 3 chromolithographs, 61 x 76 cm (approximately 24 x 30 ins) and smaller, a few marks, one with some fraying and slight marginal loss, one with small snag to image, another with light horizontal crease, one framed (3)
*Wain (Louis, 1860-1939). Tea Party on the Lawn, watercolour and bodycolour, signed lower right, 22 x 28.5cm (8.75 x 11.25 ins), framed and glazed Provenance: Bonhams, London, 8 November 2005, lot 177. A wedding present from the artist to a charge nurse at Napsbury Mental Hospital where Wain resided from May 1930 until his death in 1939. The building in the background of the present work is clearly based on Napsbury Hospital where Wain was staying when he painted the picture. However using poetic licence Wain has made numerous embellishments to the building. (1)

A gathering at Florian's, pen and ink with monochrome wash and body over pencil, signed lower left and signed and inscribed with title verso by the artist, 41 x 34cm (16.25 x 13.50 ins), framed and glazed Provenance: Bonhams, London, 22 May 2007, lot 318. Florian's was a very expensive restaurant in St Marks Square, Venice. (1)
