Two glass panels of darkened glass with an etched diamond pattern; the face of the clock is protected behind a clear pane of glass. The dial is marked "Swiss Made."Height: 6 in x width: 8 in x depth: 1 3/4 in.Condition: The clock is in good condition. When wound the clock runs; it has not been tested for time. The case is in generally good condition overall. There are scratches to the metal components and discoloration. It appears that there may have been felt pads affixed along the base which has since been removed. The metal backing along the interior of the clock has some scratches throughout. The glass is in good condition; there is a minute chip to the left smoky glass panel along the interior.

Very light wear throughout, consistent with age and use. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. As expected, there is light oxidation throughout the metal components. Das seltenste aller Uhrengehäusematerialien ist nicht Gold oder Platin, sondern Tantal. In den späten 80er-Jahren brachte Jaeger-LeCoultre seine erste Tantaluhr auf den Markt, die Odysseus "Chronograph Moonphase 165.9.30". Ähnlich wie bei der Huitieme Tantal wurde bei dieser Uhr ein Tantalgehäuse mit Roségoldakzenten verwendet, um die bläuliche Färbung des seltenen Metalls hervorzuheben. Die 34mm-Uhr verfügt außerdem über ein Meteoritenzifferblatt, das das Thema der exotischen Materialien aufgreift.

Scuffs, scratches and chips/nicks to case, glass and bracelet, the clasp is functioning. Some sharpness under touch to the edges of the bracelet, the bracelet has been shortened and has two small spare extra sections. Marks have light wear. The movement currently runs when wound but is untested for working order, which cannot be guaranteed. Gross weight (excluding dial/movement) approximately 17.3gm.

The alarm seems to function intermittently and may require repair. The case has not been opened and the movement has not been viewed. Full working order and originality of the moevement has not been tested and cannot be guaranteed. Metal standard is unknown but elements of the case are plated. Gross weight approximately 28.4gm.
