Scarce Sakai Tribe Malay Peninsular Blowpipe83 inch, bamboo tube with decorated top section and rattan binding bands. Carved wooden mouthpiece. Central inserted tube barrel. Complete with bamboo quiver with 3 bands of plaited rattan and a rattan lid. Still containing 10 darts with conical pith ends. Each contained in their individual bamboo tubes. Rattan binding loose to end of blowpipe.
A FIRE SERVICE EXEMPLARY SERVICE PAIR. In its book of issue a Fire Service Exemplary Service medal and a Defence Medal, the first named to (10 Hampshire on the box lid), Sub. Offr Edgar W R Chant. Also a related bronze Hampshire County Council Education Committee medal, with a silver darts award, M V D L 1938-39 engraved sports medal . It is quite likely that Edgar Chant was involved in the Blitz on Southampton, during WW11. With the group is a bar with Fire and Defence medal ribbons, for wear.

WW1 11th Bn Royal Scots Attributed 1902 Pattern Other Rank’s Tunic.A very good example attributed to Corporal Andrew MacKay of the 10th (Service) Battalion “Kitchener's Army”. The tunic is the regulation pattern, with two “Darts” underneath the stand and full collar. To each arm Corporal chevrons and with the addition to the right cuff of two blue overseas chevrons. Complete with brass Royal Scots shoulder titles. The interior with correct WD inspection stamp with letter “L”, also retaining fragments of the paper maker’s label showing a Leeds maker and part date for 1917. To one pocket lining details of “270274 Cpl A.C. MacKay 11th Btn R. Scots.” Overall near Very Good Condition.Corporal Andrew MacKay is confirmed as being awarded the British War Medal and Victory Medal, this would tally with the overseas chevrons. It is interesting to note there is a second name in the tunic which has been part erased indicating the tunic was a period reissue this being “J. Simpson 12152”. This could have been a Private J Simpson of the 15th Bn (North Belfast) Royal Irish Rifles, who landed in France in 1915

James Wade (born 6 April 1983 in Aldershot, Hampshire) is an English professional darts player, currently playing in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). He became the youngest player to win a major PDC title at the World Matchplay in 2007, at the age of 24. This record was broken when Michael van Gerwen won the 2012 World Grand Prix at the age of 23. Since winning the World Matchplay in 2007, Wade has also won the World Grand Prix in 2007 and 2010, the UK Open in 2008 and 2011, the Premier League in 2009, the Championship League in 2010, and the Masters in 2014.
