Two porcelain coffee cups to include a mid 18th Century Meissen purple ground cup, enamelled with harbour scenes with figures, reserved within quatrefoil cartouches and within iron-red concentric circles to the interior, gilt borders to the rim, the shaped handle embellished in gilt, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, impressed 24 with a Sevres style cup, rose pompadour ground enamelled with bird within raised gilt border, interlaced Ls mark with LF to centre, largest approx. 5cm high (2).
Three pieces of early 19th Century Wedgwood to include a creamware mug with underglaze blue, iron red and gilt floral decoration, numbered 1812, whiteware mug with green ground enamelled with tulip and berry pattern, another cup with attached saucer with floral border, numbered 1065, from Wedgwood`s second pattern book c.1811-1814, all impressed marks, largest approx. 9cm high.

Regt. to Sergt, Major J.C Price on his retiring from the service April 1894’ marked to base, with a footed trophy cup with engraved decoration, shaped cartouches to either side, one inscribed ‘Merchants 1st Prize Presented by Treacher & Co Bombay’ and to the other engraved with rifles and inscribed ‘Won by Sergt. T Downton at the Central Rifle Meeting Poona October 1886’ The 1st Battalion Worcestershire Regiment is listed as being in Poona and Kemptee at this date.

A Grimwades Beatrix Potter child's tea service, decorated scenes from Jemima Puddle-Duck, comprising a teapot and cover, four cups and saucers, four small plates, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, and two large plates (teapot cover restored) See illustration Condition report Report by NG Set crazed, some pieces heavily. It appears to have been played with, as there are scratches to surface. Rubbing and losses to transfers and gilt decoration. Teapot cover cracked and restored. Teapot spout with a couple of small chips, another firing fault to glaze to rim of teapot. One cup cracked and stained. Milk jug with small chips to spout. Some factory pitting and faults, consistent with standard factory production. Some of back stamps burnt off.
**AN INDIAN SWORD (PATISSA), 17TH CENTURY with broad flat blade etched in imitation of watered steel swelling towards a sharp `swallow`s tail` point, iron hilt comprising figure-of-eight shaped guard (cracked on one side) drawn-down in the centre to form a very long pair of moulded langets enclosing the lower portion of the blade, shallow cup-shaped pommel (perhaps associated) with tapering moulded attenuated finial 76.5 cm; 30 1/8 in blade Provenance The Museum archives record this as an anonymous gift 1 February 1934 JWHA Inv. A Royal Worcester coffee cup and saucer and a milk jug, date codes for 1927 and 1929, the cup and saucer painted by William Hale with apples, pears and blackberries, signed `W Hale`, the jug by Horace Price with similar fruit painting, signed `H H Price`, rich gilding to the interiors of the cup and jug, printed marks, 10cm max. An English porcelain comport, early 19th century, after Pinxton, painted with an oval panel of water amidst rocky hills, a large two-handled loving cup with a gilt monogram amid foliate sprays, probably Coalport, and a smaller loving cup with gilt inscription for `H. Dyer Creech`, 33.5cm max. (3) The comport with an old paper label which claims the rest of the service was marked with a puce crescent and star.
