Silver - A large Silver Edward VII twin handled trophy with repousse decoration, engraved 'Warrington Rugby Football Club, N U, Works League Challenge Cup 1904', Sheffield assay 1903, raised on bakelite base, approximately 1.5 kg all in, approximately 50 cm (h) and 25 cm (handle to handle).Condition Report: Rugby player finial has taken a knock and is leaning forward, several knocks, dents and scratching throughout, rim slightly misshapen leading to a tight fit of the cover, general surface tarnish and very dusty.
