A rare Clarice Cliff May Avenue pattern pottery conical teacup and saucer, circa 1933, with angular block handle, typically bright coloured stylised painted, black painted backstamp verso, teacup h.6cm, saucer dia.14.5cm Cup – small flecked paint losses to decoraton in a couple of small areas only, some firing ‘flea bites’ to underside edge of foot rim.Saucer – very good and original throughout, with only a couple of scuffs to the blue paint.

A pair of 1930s Clarice Cliff Crocus pattern pottery beakers, each of cylindrical tapering form, bright colour decorated, black printed backstamps verso, h.9.2cm One beaker with approx. 4x3mm oval surface chip to outer edge of top rim (later green painted).The other has been ground to one large and a further smaller area of underside of foot rim, also with several losses to paintwork (mostly purple areas).Both with smaller scuffed/scratched paint losses.
A 1930s Clarice Cliff Bizarre circular plate designed by Ernest Procter A.R.A. Manufactured for the Harrods Art in Industry exhibition. The glazed green ground decorated with a silver lustre line drawing of couple dancing before a guitarist, printed Ernest Proctor signature and Bizarre mark to verso. Diameter 21.5cm. Some wear to silver gilt and some light surface scratching, otherwise no condition issues.
