Signed to the base in marker pen by Chad Smith. Measures approx 35cm tall. Provenance: Purchased by the vendor in a charity auction in 2000, where he was presented with the award by Chad Smith (pictures supplied to auction house). Per vendor testimony; Chad Smith dropped the award so it bears a repair to the 'V'.
