It is contained in a glazed brass rectangular case with canted corners and fluted carrying handle and has its original leather covered carrying box, the clock 6.5" tall (handle raised).

The plain white rectangular enamel dial has Roman numerals and moon hands and the retailer`s name T Martin & Co, 225 Regent Street, London. The movement is stamped A M Francois Avsene Margaine and the clock stands 6.5" tall (handle raised).
