RIVAROSSI/ATLAS Cat No:2193 DB class BR10 4-6-2 with 4 axles. One of the two locomotives of this small class built by Krupps in 1957 but with the distiguishing body streamlining from other preceeding types. Apart from this, the main purpose of this characteristic fairing has been to effect the thermal protection of their triple cylinders for their greater efficiency. A complete frontal fairing is enclosed within the model's storage box in order to replace the cut-away fairing in the event the loco will not need to negociate the smallest radiuus curves. These locomotives were used to pull fast passenger trains,and could reach a maximum speed of 160 km/h. Current pickup on 6 driving wheels, 2 of which have traction tyres.
