The collection consists of an invitation to the second annual Lucasfilm Family Christmas Celebration, held during production on Raiders on Dec. 13, 1980 at the Sheraton Palace Hotel; three invitations to a May 30, 1981 cast-and-crew screening of Raiders at San Francisco's Northpoint Theatre, one of them folded; five color-printed photographs of the construction of the stop-motion Tauntaun puppet; three color-printed photographs of a crew member's child amidst several production models of the Tauntaun, Millennium Falcon, R2-D2, and AT-AT; three invitations to a special advance screening of ROTJ at San Francisco's Coronet Theater numbered "0318," "0319," and "1001"; an invitation to a buffet lunch at Maxwell's Plum in Ghirardelli Square to support ROTJ numbered "0583"; an invitation on ILM letterhead to an ROTJ wrap party hand-marked "5-4-83" in graphite; and two 1983-era envelopes hand-addressed to ILM chief articulation engineer Stuart Ziff, including one from legendary makeup artist Dick Smith. The envelopes are torn open, several invitations are stained, and the collection exhibits edge wear and discolored paper throughout. PORT OF LIVERPOOL: a Victorian mahogany two-tier buffet on turned legs to castors, 78 x 92 x 45cm.Condition Report: - This lot was originally purchased from the auction of the Principal Contents of The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company at The Port of Liverpool Building, on 23rd May 1994.The top is badly stained, scratched and there are knocks and chips commensurate with age and use.
