NEWCASTLE UNITED 1926-27 Souvenir record 16 page brochure produced to celebrate Newcastle becoming Champions 1926-27. Possibly rather unusual in that it was produced before Newcastle had actually won the title but fortunately for the Club they did go on to win the title. Includes photographs of all the players and details of the seasons results. Newcastle have not won the title since this season despite several near misses. Generally good

White Star Line , The Ship Magnificent: 'Olympic'. Original brochure for this vessel featuring a description of its specifications and accommodation together with a series of monochrome photographs of various interiors. Nd. (As the Olympic was in service for a number of years and underwent several re-fits it is not possible to assign a precise date to the brochure but the clothing of some passengers featured and surrounding decor would suggest 1920s ). CONDITION REPORT: Exceptionally well preserved.
