Includes the lyric/ word sheet insert. Has been folded in half. Machine stamped matrix: XLP-75526-1F/ XLP-75527-1G. White labels with black text are bright and clean. The record is in Ex condition, displays a couple of hairline/ wispy paper marks. The thick card sleeve is VG+ condition, has some age-related edge storage/ handing wear).
