In 2002, the MG TF was released, based upon the MG F platform, but heavily redesigned and reengineered, the most significant mechanical changes were the abandonment of Hydragas suspension in favour of conventional coil springs, the new design of the air induction system that along with new camshafts produces more power than in MG F engines, and the torsional stiffness of the body increased by 20%. Available with either the 115, 135 or 160Ps engine outputs, all Spark SE models feature Gunsmoke and black Alcantara seats and door inserts, an alloy finish/black leather steering wheel, a chrome ashtray and handbrake button, a Momo leather/alloy gear knob, windstop and Sony CDX-2000 CD player with red illumination. OGX is basically a one owner car, the first being a Dixon Rover of Bradford. Our vendor bought it in May 2005 and it has five stamps in the service and full MOT history confirming its low mileage of 40,298. The MOT runs until May 2023. Amongst the large folder of receipts is a cambelt change and head rebuild in 2015 at 33,413 miles, at a cost of £836. It has averaged 1,000 miles per annum for the last several years. There are a few small stone chips to the bonnet and a small chip to the near side front wing approximately 5mm in diameter. The spoilers and other parts of the body are in excellent order. The nearly new Rainsport tyres sit on immaculate 18 inch Rays forged alloys. Inside  The charcoal leather seats show virtually no wear at all. The door cards, dashboard, headlining and carpets are all in similar condition and there are 350Z over mats fitted. Overall a lovely place to sit. There is a face off Sony audio system fitted. Mechanicals The engine fires instantly and emits a superb note through the stainless steel exhaust system. On the road the 350Z performs very well indeed with oodles of power and torque. The brakes, steering and suspension are all as they should be and the gearbox is slick and smooth. History  There is a full book pack with 350Z wallet and sales brochure. A selection of invoices during the current ownership since 2015 for sundry items and MOT certificates dating back until 2013 Our opinion  These cars were rare when they were new and and uncommon site on the roads then and even more so now, especially in this condition. This is one of those cars that in a few years time we will be saying why did I not buy one when they were at that price.
