Vintage quilt, burgandy on one side and mustard coloured on the other.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Both sides have multiple areas of staining, although more obvious on mustard coloured side. No obvious holes, tears or rips. Colour good. Size : 160 x 205cm approx.

Canadian Red Cross Quilt (1939-45) The quilt worked with a central design of yachts, with a cream border and alternating patched squares to the border, striped cotton quilt to the reverse, baring the label  'The Canadian Red Cross Society - Edmonton, District of Alberta, approx 202 x 203 cms. Note: These quilts were sent over to the UK to provide warmth and comfort to those who had lost their homes in the bombings.
