Ø60mm, ca. 374g, 18K Gold, Staubdeckel bezeichnet: Chronometre Tourbillon No.20462, Henri Mathey Peytieu 1re Classe, Werksverglasung, herausragendes Chronometerwerk mit Tourbillon Typ Guinand 1, goldenes Gangrad, wolfsverzahnte Aufzugsräder, zentrale Brücke ebenfalls nummeriert 20462, 9 Komplikationen: ewiger Kalender mit Berücksichtigung der Schaltjahre und retrogradem Datum, Jahreszähler 01-99, Mondphase, Mondalter, Gangreserve-Anzeige und 2. Zeitzone, Zifferblatt ebenfalls signiert, Breguet-Stahlzeiger, hervorragender Erhaltungszustand mit originaler Schatulle aus Mahagoni mit Perlmutteinlage. Der Tourbillonkäfig der vorliegenden Uhr ist ein typisches Beispiel für den ersten Typ von Ernest Guinand und seine charakteristische "A"-Form (siehe Reinhard Meis "Das Tourbillon", S. 43, "Guinand 1"). Provenienz: Christies 2007, verkauft für 133.000 Schweizer Franken (Quelle: https://www.cortrie.de/go/wqG). Außerdem ist diese Uhr erwähnt in "Das Tourbillon" von Reinhard Meis, Seite 350. Die Uhr ist ein Einzelstück. Ursprünglich gefertigt als Observatoriums-Chronometer mit Tourbillon wurde es 1871 am Observatorium Neuchâtel getestet. Vermutlich um 1930 wurde dieses Werk mit den 9 Komplikationen ausgestattet und bekam das extrem hochwertige Goldgehäuse, das große Ähnlichkeit mit dem Patek Philippe Gehäuse der berühmten Henry Graves hat, was etwa zur gleichen Zeit gefertigt wurde. Das der Staubdeckel mit Henri Mathey Peytieu signiert ist, zeigt, dass es sich um eine Modernisierung des ursprünglichen Tourbillons handelt und nicht um einen Umbau! Auch das Zifferblatt ist signiert Mathey Peytieu. Leider ist nicht bekannt, welcher geniale Uhrmacher oder welche bedeutende Firma diese Modernisierung durchgeführt hat - die Qualität ist jedenfalls auf allerhöchstem Niveau! ACHTUNG: Im Hammerpreis sind 19% Mehrwertsteuer enthalten. Für Bieter mit Versandadresse außerhalb der EU heißt das, dass sich der Hammerpreis um 19% reduziert.

Golay-Leresche in Paris in der Rue de la Paix 2. Der Sohn "Pierre" wurde Uhrmacher und leitete später die Firma in Genf. Die Brüder gingen 1896 mit Edouard Stahl eine Partnerschaft ein. Zwischen 1896 und 1906 wurde die Firma umbenannt in Golay Fils & Stahl und nachher in Golay Fils & Stahl Succrs. Sie fertigten neben den bekannteren Firmen Patek Philippe und Vacheron & Constastin ebenfalls hochfeine Genfer Taschenuhren! Ihre hochfeinen Gold/Emaille-Objekte werden heute hoch gehandelt: z.B. Damenuhr No. 27568, verkauft für über 8.000 Schweizer Franken (https://www.cortrie.de/go/Jlr); Emaille-Dosenuhr, verkauft für ca. 19.500 Schweizer Franken (https://www.cortrie.de/go/Ml5).

Tachenuhr: Exquisite und möglicherweise unikate Patek Philippe Frackuhr, vermutlich gefertigt für Cartier, Platin mit Diamantbesatz, Genf 1929, mit Stammbuchauszug: Ca. Platinpunze (dog's head), Rand und Bügel mit Diamanten besetzt, Krone mit einer Perle besetzt, vermutlich von Verger Paris, super flaches und hochfeines Patek Philippe Präzisionsankerwerk der Qualität "extra flach", Genfer Streifenschliff, signiert und nummeriert 823.620, extrem seltenes Breguet-Typ Zifferblatt mit aufgesetzten Platinziffern "Grec-Style", Breguet-Zeiger. Die Uhr ist sehr gut erhalten und funktionstüchtig. Der Stammbuchauszug von 2020 bestätigt die Originalität der Uhr und das spezielle Zifferblatt mit den Breguet-Ziffern aus Platin. Das Zifferblatt ist ein Hinweis darauf, dass Werk und Zifferblatt bei Patek Philippe für eine Platinuhr bestellt wurde. So wie auch Tiffany bestellte Cartier bei Patek Philippe Werke für bestimmte Taschenuhren. Auch wenn die Uhr selbst nicht Cartier signiert ist, sind das Design des Gehäuses, insbesondere der Krone, und die franz. Platinpunze ein Hinweis darauf, dass diese Uhr möglicherweise für Cartier gefertigt wurde.

Patek Philippe Rarität, eine der frühesten Patek Philippe Armbanduhren, Chronometro Gondolo Vermicelli, Genf 1907, mit Stammbuchauszug (Kopie): Ca. Ø32mm, 18K Gold, ganz frühes Scharniergehäuse mit der seltenen Vermicelli-Dekoration, Gehäusenummer 250888, Staubdeckel mit der kompletten Gondolo-Signatur und der Werksnummer 145772, exquisites und extrem rares Patek Philippe Chronometerwerk der Qualität Gondolo mit goldenen Laufrädern, spezieller Feinregulierung und Moustache-Anker, originales Emaillezifferblatt, ebenfalls signiert und bezeichnet Chronometro Gondolo (professionell restaurierte Haarrisse), gebläute Stahlzeiger, hochwertiges Lederarmband, funktionstüchtig. Zur Uhr gehört der Stammbuchauszug (Kopie), der das seltene Chronometerwerk mit Goldrädern und die extrem seltene Vermicelli- Gehäusedekoration bestätigt. Die Chronometro Gondolo wurden seit 1902 von Patek Philippe exklusiv für die Firma Gondolo & Labouriau ó Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro (Brasilien), hergestellt. Um den Anforderungen dieses bedeutenden Einzelhändlers gerecht zu werden, mussten sie die folgenden technischen Details aufweisen: Räderwerk aus 9 Karat Gold, geradlinige Ankerhemmung mit Moustache-Anker und die spezielle Feinregulierung von Patek Philippe, patentiert am 13. Januar 1891. Hergestellt wurden überwiegend Taschenuhr-Chronometer, von 10''' bis 22''', mit verschiedenen Gehäusen, Zifferblättern und Zeigern. Einige wurden auch mit Chronograph oder Zentralsekunde hergestellt. Nur sehr wenige wurden als Armbanduhren hergestellt. Patek Philippe hat nie andere Uhren mit einem goldenen Räderwerk hergestellt.

The business continued to thrive in the hands of his son, Leonzio, who passed it on to the Albonico family in 1945, having no children of his own. In 1978, also childless, the Albonico family chose Roberto Boglietti to take over the running of the world famous atelier. Roberto Boglietti had trained in his family’s workshop, watching his father and uncle at work creating objects of boundless beauty.
