An 18 Carat Gold Emerald and Diamond Novelty Brooch, by Garrard & Co. modelled as a stylised cat, of yellow textured form with round cut emerald eyes and a round brilliant cut diamond nose measures 4.3cm by 2.9cmProvenance: The Doctor Eileen Cobb Collection The brooch is accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt from 1975 for £160.00. The brooch is in good condition, however one whisker is bent and there are slight blemishes commensurate with age and use. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch. It is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'G&Co', London, 1974. Gross weight 12.1 grams. CR made 22.11.24.

Haymarket, LondonThe stick pin is in good condition. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold and silver. "The Garrard Silver Jubilee Clock", limited edition no. 214/250, mahogany cased and mounted with sterling silver handle and face-plate both bearing the 1977 Silver Jubilee hallmark, the dial engraved with a Tudor Rose and bearing applied silvered Queen's Cypher above chapter ring set with Roman hour markers, Arabic minute markers and arrow-head half-hour markers, further engraved with the royal residences of Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Holyrood House and Balmoral to each corner, the side frets also featuring the Royal Cypher between Tudor Roses, the 28-day fusee movement striking on bells to produce Westminster, Whittington or Winchester chimes chosen by a selector to the back plate, this inscribed Specially Commissioned by Garrard The Crown Jewellers from F. W. The marks are generally clear. There is only some minor surface scratching and wear. Perhaps from an inkstand.
