An Edwardian mahogany, line inlaid and crossbanded compactum, outswept cornice over a single bevelled mirrored door revealing a hanging space, to the right a pair of panel doors with fan patera inlay enclosing a hanging space, over two short and three long drawers with black metal handles, raised on a plinth base, 155 by 56 by 209cm high.
A 19th Century ivory and silk fan, painted to one side with two figures in rowing boats at the edge of a lake, with mountains in the background, signed "Francis Goodridge", bearing ornate painted initials verso "MD from M.E.W.S.", (housed in burgundy cardboard box), a 19th Century Spanish bamboo and fabric fan painted to one side with bull fighting scene and figures in traditional costume on an eau de nil ground, inscribed "Toros" "Madrid" "Valencia" "Zaragoza" "Barcelona" "Sevilla", and an early 20th Century black stained wood and cream silk fan printed with a scene of children playing with a cart AFTER A LAURENCE (in a white cardboard box initialled M.D.), together with a 19th Century ivory and silk parasol, the ivory handle carved as entwined branches, and a 19th Century ivory and lace parasol, the folding ivory handle carved with entwined foliage and with finial carved as a greyhound head with glass eyes
An early 19thC figured, ebony inlaid and crossbanded mahogany longcase clock with fan marquetry quadrant ornament, the round arched hood surmounted by three, lacquered brass, spreadeagle mounted orb finials, over a convex glazed window with a brass bezel, between reed carved, canted flanks and glazed side panels, the straight trunk with an arched, pendulum door and quadrant, stop-fluted pilasters, on a box base and stepped plinth; the twin bell strike movement faced by a convex, white painted Roman dial 92''h
An 18th powder blue Bow dish of elongated octagonal form, fan and circular reserves to the border and an oval circular reserve to the centre, depicting a Chinese river scene. Length 43cm. The reverse with imitation Chinese symbols. Restored. Condition Report: The view of the back shows where much of the restoration is, but also there is a repaired rim chips.

A 20th century Egyptian Revival salon suite comprising; a two seater sofa and pair of single chairs in gilded carved hardwood, having peacock fan backs, corded seats with loose cushions, Eye of Horus arm supports, on paw feet. A rectangular paper panel on a fabric backing with wooden roller; painted monochrome landscape with trees and mountains, bridge with horsemen and wayfarer, panel of calligraphic text and three red chop seals; attributed to Wu Hu Fan. 431 grams, overall: 199 x 48cm image: 65 x 31cm (78 1/4 x 19"). From the Jin collection; formed 1980-1990; formerly the property of a collector from Macau. Wu Hufan (1894-1968) was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He was a poet, art connoisseur, calligrapher-painter; he was also deputy director of the Shanghai Academy of Chinese Painting. His painting followed the Song and Yuan traditions and shunned Ming and Qing styles. [No Reserve]
