A massive Black Forest cuckoo clock, wall mounting, playing four tunes, one on the hour and one of the half hour, in well carved case. The cuckoo comes out on the hour and a musician on the half hour, weight driven. Maximum width 27 ins, maximum height 64 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The clock is basically in working order but does require some fine tuning. The cuckoo appears to operate and the tunes do play. The figure only comes out of the door approximately half way. The clock appears to be ticking away as it should and it is unlikely to have any series issues. Unfortunately we do not know the names of the tunes although two of them do sound familiar.
