An early 20th Century oak cased barograph with lacquered brass armature operating pointer for the drum scale, signed "J C McKechnie, Optician Edinburgh" in five sided glazed case to a moulded base on bun feet CONDITION REPORTS Overall with general wear and scuffs. Some fading. Ink stains. Some tarnish and scratches. We can make no guarantees as to whether complete nor whether in working order.
A cylindrical copper cased Gluck Co Limited barograph and recorder CONDITION REPORTS Shows a lot of general wear throughout conducive with age, with surface scratching particularly where the two pieces meet. Shows signs of deterioration to the metalwork throughout, apron shows a large amount of denting and oxidisation to centre front and along the edge, generally has quite a few deep scratches throughout. Unable to guarantee all parts are present (please see photos).
