1970'S CUSTOM HI WATT 100 AMP AMPLIFIER HEAD. Model DR103 and serial number 5251. Comes with cover and in very good condition. "I went to see The Stranglers play at Bingley Hall Stafford and was so blown away by Jean Jacques Burnels playing and sound I resolved to copy his set up. Hiwatt 100 Head and 2x15 Vox Bass cab. Each Hiwatt head is handbuilt and wired, so each one is completely different from another. I tried a lot before I got one that sounded how I wanted! This is not the Original. That was stolen on the first New Order Tour of America. These are great British Amplifiers. I still use the new ones now. Very rugged and reliable."
